Promotion: Spa Week offers $50 treatments

Spa Week — a twice yearly event during which hundreds of spa facilities in North America offer discounted treatments and services for $50 — seems even more appealing now than when it launched five years ago. After all, everybody loves a deal; but perhaps never more so than when the economy is in the tank and luxuries like a pricey massage or facial have to be cut from the household budget. The latest edition of Spa Week runs from Oct. 12 to 18, and includes locations in New York, Philadelphia, Toronto, Boston, Washington, D.C., Dallas/Fort Worth, and dozens of other places in the U.S. and Canada.
